After every meal send a sms with your mark (1-5) to it-diet.

    G Weight
    F Breakfast
    M Lunch
    A Meal
    J Snack
    B Sports
    ? Question

  3. after the sign without a space your rating (1-5)/your weight.
    Password m2
    f.e.: for lunch you rate yourself with a 2
