Create xBrowser and Infobars Vers. 1.9b => 01.04.2008

Hello,

The new version 1.9b of the tools is ready
for download.
It was quite a hard job.
It is just the 1. release and the basics to see, whats going on.
It is still a lot to do.
There is a complete new design of both parts.
For some parts of xbrowse, i have still to wait for
the new FWH-Version 8.04.
To add is a preview of col-brushes and the cell-bitmaps.
As well, the source of the source-creator will be modified.
The xbrowse-part will show the changes directly, without
a preview- (test) button. Transparent-mode and more have to be
added.
Maybe you will give a feedback, if there is still something missing.

The Designer-part
The old preview-button is deleted, because any changes will shown
directly on the fly.
