I need to create a PDF document with Form data fields within my FWH application, can anyone recommend a command line program, library or other option?

I think he needs a PDF with data entry fields in it--not just a plain PDF.

Yes, I need to create a PDF with FDF so the FDF field data can be extracted for a third party application.

Are you saying that you need to fill in the data fields of an existing PDF, or that you need to create a PDF with empty data fields?
