Twips and phisical size of the screen

Anybody knows a function to return TwipsPerInch?
Alternatively, a function that returns the phisical size of the screen, in inches or cm?

Thanks, Antonio.
But it seems that to calculate Twips I need either the screen DPI or its physical size. I just wondered if there was some function that provided either of those. Anyway. I found an alternative that does not require twips so I can live without that function.
