For folders, tabs and pages should the helpids from the contained dialogs defined with [ <help: HELPIDS> <cnHelpid,...> ] and the source from this classes are modified for this proposing.

Another little bug from the help-system are in the actual version of FWH:
When i call the help with F1 from a dialog without helpid as child from a main window, then the helpindex are only shown if the clausula "... OF parentwindow ..." NOT are used!
