The buttons on a gradient-brushed dialog have a outsided rectangle with the color from the 0,0 point of the dialog and shows not transparency. Any solution?

there was a discussion some month ago, the conclusion was, as far as I can remember, that this is normal windows behavior. Some MS-programs show this effect too.
