Hello,
after the new Vista- and Explorer 8 - Update, I couldn't open FWH-CHM - Files anymore ( compiled Help-Files ).
A Double-Click on a CHM-File doesn't open the help-File, instead it trys to open a Connection to the Internet.
Maybe it is necessary, to configure the Internet-Explorer ???
In the meantime, I found a solution, with no need of the Internet-Explorer and more functions.
