ADT tables Recall

Hi
How can I Recall deleted records in ADT tables?
The Utility provided (ARC) doesn't work for this.
I've tried the function AdsRecallAllRecords (compliling ACE32.LIB) but the compiler cannot find the function (UNRESOLVED EXTERNAL)
Any suggestion?

you can not recall deleted records in ADT.
Once deleted they are deleted forever.
