Is it possible to incorporate a wav file into a RC file?

How do I get a Wav file into a RC

With WorkSHop Resources:

File Menu -> Add to Project...
File Type -> user Resource data
Load your WAV File
Custom Resource Type Dialog -> New Type -> Type "WAVE"
Custom Resource Type Dialog -> Click WAVE + OK
