A better Solution to adjust Panel-Height / Explorerbar ?

Hello,

to place any Control inside a Explorerbar-panel, I have to adjust the Height,
to get empty space for the embedded Controls.
My Solution for the Moment : adding empty Links, until I reach the needed Height..
Is there a better way how to do it ?

I found a adjustment oPanel4:nBodyheight,
but it doesn't work like expected ( doesn't define a Panel-Area, to put some Controls ).
It only adjusts the Distance to the next Panel.
Maybe still another Solution :
