Copy file progress bar / meter

Is there a function in FiveWin/Harbour that displays the progress during copying large file?
Or can I use Windows API that displays standard copy window?

In the Blog de BielSys (Gabriel Maimó) there is an example of how to do what you need…
It reviews and it tries, has worked to me
