That error is a random error that Blinker created EXEs report sometimes.

Please delete all temporary blinker created files, and also try this changes in your LNK file:

Search Five, FiveC, Objects, WinApi
into
Lib Five, FiveC, Objects, WinApi
or viceversa

It happens for Blinker v5.1 and below, solved in Blinker v7.0
