a Replacement of the old Background-tools with many new Functions :

To create a EXE-file, please verify the Files GO1.bat and MAKE1.rmk !!!

1. A Tool with only 1 Dialog ( no Folderpages )
2. Double-use of Painters ( Values are changing with Windows / Dialog-selection )
3. Colors for Windows / Dialog
4. Gradients for Windows / Dialog
5. Brushes for Windows / Dialog
6. Images for Windows / Dialog
7. 2 Color-defines ( Numeric and RGB )
8. Font-editor
9. Testing Fonts ( Style and Color ) on any Dialog-Background
10. Reload with new Values from INI-file
11. Save Values to a INI-file for User-defined-backgrounds
12. Create PRG and EXE-file
