Control the changes you make to your source code...
I am not sure how I did it, but I had it to work...
I'm backtracking how I did it, so I can post it here if someone is interested...

For now I can tell you that it was done using Free Tortoise CVS...

I use SVN Local, very good =]

Any of the DVCS (Mercurial, Git, Bazaar) is pretty easy to use as there's no server or database to set up.
