Problems with LOGIN

Hello,

sometimes I have Problems to LOGIN.

( 1OJ2T7 )

after some Trials ( more than 10 times, impossible to read allways all chars ),
the Login was exepted.
Is that necessary, testing Your Eyes ?

it is just a Sample.
My Question is, why to do it this way ( difficult to read ) ?
After a wrong input, another Number appears.
