Does someone know if it is possible to deploy a Windows 7 phone app without the Microsoft store.

I know it's an old post, yes, it's possible with windows phone SDK. It can be deployed up to 10 phones for testing purpose. See this MSDN article http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff928362(v=vs.92).aspx
