We use Citrix for 3/4 of our users so I have need doing a lot of testing with this in mind.

I cannot get the ribbon bar to look correctly in Citrix or Remote Desktop (Terminal Services).
Using ribbon.prg in the samples folder I copied the exe and bitmaps to a shared network folder and tried it several different environments.
Locally (LAN) it generally works pretty well. Under any remote condition it does not display properly. I have tried it with Citrix on Windows 2003 server, Remote Desktop on Windows 2003 server and Windows 2008 server. Citrix does some image compression so I can understand some issues there and will do some more testing. Remote Desktop at the Highest Quality 32bit still has problems. See images below.

OK, I remote into my development computer that is running Windows 7. I ran Excel 2010 and Ribbon.exe at the same time. As you can see below, Excel had no problems, while ribbon had numerous display problems. The little down arrows are unrecognizable and other bitmaps washed out.

I offer my help as a betatester to avoid those bugs. I am still on fw 11.02 and I would like to use the latest version.

I appreciate any help. I would like to upgrade the interface of my applications but I cannot at this time.

The color is part of it, but the major problem is the little down arrows and the larger bitmaps that become almost unrecognizable.
Those issues are show stoppers as far as I am concerned.

Truly, those bugs are very important. We are preparing 2012 build and we must change the look, which is one of the most important features that users check to purchase our software.
