How could place opening dialogs like firefox folder/lable ?

Hi,
How could place opening nomodal dialogs like firefox folder/lable ? now we can resize nomodal dialogs to windows bottom line.

Opened dialogs with a title and "X" together layed on windows toptic line, can be easily switch from one dialog to another,open new one,or close.
