XBROWSE bug?

I found, MESSAGE and TOOLTIP on Xbrowse are not functioning!

MESSAGE works. Working for me.
XBrowse implements its own tooltips for headers. Main Tooltip for the entire control does not work.

Only when i click on the xbrowse, the message is showing, NOT if the mouse is over!!
