If i step with TAB over the controls, the app hangs in some cases. I will look to the circumstances next week.

Thanks for your feedback 
It seems, when a XBROWSE becomes the focus the app hangs for a while if i leave that XBROWSE. Also in a dialog inside tfolderex i cannot step throw the controls.
