FiveNet is a library that lets you to use the .NET GUI from Harbour, without anything else :-)

It is a project that we started a couple of years ago to which we wanted to dedicate more time and work, but could not be so, so before that a so much interesting work get "lost" in backups that will never see the light, we have decided to make it free and to publish it so maybe it will attract the interest and energy that it needs to be evolved :-)

There it is, please enjoy it as much as we did when we built it :-)

regards, saludos

John,

FiveWeb is delayed as we have not been able to solve the Harbour + HTML5 WebSockets connection yet :-(

Anyhow, lets please comment about FiveWeb on a different thread as this one is intended for FiveNet users, thanks :-)

Hi Antonio,

I Wonder if I could use this to create a Crystal report class to dotnet CR lib...

Also, surely a dumb question, but, ...

I can't see how to build Fivenet.dll and Fivenet.lib

Thanks, in advance

JF,

Here you have the makefile, see how the DLL and the lib are easily created :-)

http://code.google.com/p/fivenet/source/browse/trunk/fivenet.mak

Using this technique you can use .NET components from Harbour apps and route events too! :-)

Will it work with xharbour as well?

.net opens a lot of possibilities.

Reinaldo.

No, it is not. It is available from:

http://code.google.com/p/fivenet/

http://code.google.com/p/fivenet/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fsamples

Though currently we are focused on the new Windows 8 WinRT API...
