Manipulate MP3 (ID3 TAG)

Hi, I've already ask that question before ( viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20361&p=108292 )

But I want to do the manipulation through my app without the need of external apps.

Any tip's?

I have more than ten thousand MP3 files waiting to be organized!

Did You create something to manipulate the ID3 tags of MP3 files?
