Excel Import - Ignore Hidden Rows

Hello,

I am trying to import Excel files and I want to ignore hidden rows or process only visible rows; for example I have XLS with 20,000 rows but only 40 rows are visible. I would only like to process the 40 rows instead of scanning all 20,000 rows.

I appreciate anyone's assistance.
