How to select a point on a jpg image?

Hello Fivewinners

I have some graphics in jpg, in these graphs are points where the user should click with the mouse and the system displays information related to the selection.
Have somebody, an example of how to access to points within a jpg image through the mouse?

YES, it is possible.
I will create a sample for You, how to define a hotspotarea inside a Image.
