Possible, to change the frame-color of DESIGN-MODE ?

Hello,

in DESIGN-MODE on dark backgrounds,
the frame is not visible.
Is it possible, to define the frame-color ?
I'm using SAYs, for the areas.
I want to define different areas of a image in DESIGN-mode.
Because Images can be dark, the frame will be not be visible.

Another question :
the frame is adjusted to a grid in DESIGN-MODE..
Is it possible, to define the gridspace ( finetuning ) ?

Hello,

Changed from SAY's to BTNBMP.
Using BTNBMP transparent in DESIGN-mode, makes borders visible on dark backgrounds,
to create hotspotareas.
Right mouseclick on a free area, saves all positions.
Right moseclick on a small top area, creates a new hotspot on the left upper corner.
