oBrwLook:SelectAll() or oBrwLook:SelectNone() when the :nMarqueeStyle :=MARQSTYLE_HIGHLWIN7 run ok

when :nMarqueeStyle :=MARQSTYLE_HIGHLROW not run ok

Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)
