I need the compiler file make Exe with UEStudio for msvc 2010, and compiler file make Lib with UEStudio for msvc 2010.

Sorry but I haven't been on for a couple of days.

The file is in the fwh folder. look for \fwh\uestudio\fwh\configs\Harbour\Application_vc32

It is relatively current. You will need to modify it to your specific paths.
