My main client wants someone else to act as a technical backup for me when I am not available. Is there anyone else in Melbourne Australia that I can discuss this with?

You can tell your client that he can get all the FWPPC support that he may need from these forums

Also, me personally I am available on Skype, here, by email, phone, etc

Thanks for the reply Antonio, but I guess you did not understand the requirement. My clients are electricians... not programmers. They require onsite help using my software product... not programming.

In your list of customers, am I the only one in Melbourne (Victoria) Australia?
