Pelles error strange

Why not compile this lines with PellesC ?

16Exit BITMAP "resource/16Exit.bmp"
16Grid BITMAP "resource/16Grid.bmp"
16Form BITMAP "resource/16Form.bmp"

Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)

Do not accept numbers at the beginning
