Donde puedo descargar Ole32.lib

Una pregunta, donde podrre descargar ole32.lib o si es ole32.dll
al compilar me marca:

saludos.

Ya verifique el buildx.bat que esta en \fwh\samples
tome cada una de las lib's que bienen en el bat, y aun asi
me sigue marcando los errores

no he podido arreglar ese error.
