Use [?] button in dialogs NoModal

Antonio and all:

Is possible to use the "?" button with dialogs NoModal?
With 'normal' dialogs it work fine, I click "?" button and in any control and it display the help. But in NoModal dialogs I click "?" and it do nothing :-(
