How mysql deal a field "a1*a2+3"?

Tmysql ,table/xbrowse like:
ID ,qty,qtyb,cexp,qtyc
001 10,100,"qty3+5" ,35
002 20,200,"qtyb2+10",410
003 30,300,"qty+qtyb",330
// qtyc:=&cexp
How to do this.
