What bugs are pending in FWH Class TBtnBmp after FWH 14.11 release ?

I already sent you the modified btnbmp.prg with my changes marked as "// EMG" (please read the old messages in this topic). Anyway, pending bugs are:

1. bitmap is moved up 2 pixels when buttonbar is used and not POPUP is defined

2. caption is moved down 1 pixel when no bitmap defined

3. caption is centered when no bitmap defined (should be left aligned)
