Hi All

I am trying to get Apache 2.4.10 to work on Windows 8.1 Pro - I am using a plain httpd.conf file - I can render a page from the htdocs folder but can not
get any response from cgi-bin folder.

I have installed apache into c:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\apache2.4 - the apache server stops and starts with errors.

Would you post the error.log, please? And httpd.conf.
It's difficult to guest what's going wrong from ' the apache server stops and starts with errors'.
Anyway, if you are trying to run a cgi, be sure to include the cgi dir as executable in httpd.conf.
