Disappearing text with themes

I have several clients who are running my theme aware package with backgrounds on the dialog, and they report that checkboxes lose the text when the OS is Win 2000.

I don't have a win 2000 machine to check this but I'm wondering if this can be confirmed and if there is a fix.

Are the checkboxes inside groupboxes ?

No. One report said one is missing in a dialog window, and the others reported are in folders.

I haven't seen the problem but apparently it started when I added the BRUSH to the dialogs and folders with the last release I received.

Could you post the RC of that dialog, or better a small and self contained sample that reproduces the error on your client computer ? thanks,
