Printer Forms

Dear Antonio,

We have a customer that created a form named AWB in Windows printer properties and set AWB to the default form. However, when we access the printer from our FWH application, the default form is set to Letter and NOT AWB. I tried to print to same printer from Microsoft Word and the default form does show as AWB. Is there a solution to correct this bug in FWH?

The printer is a dot-matrix printer and the driver fully supports the non standard paper size of 12 inches long by 8.5 inches wide.

I am afraid that I don't have experience to help you in this case.

Surely any other FWH users may be able to help you.

Was it working fine previously ?
