FWH 15.02 installed dates wrong

I installed version 15.02 a couple of weeks ago and every time I compiled my applications it would compile every prg. I could not understand why until I started looking at the dates of the .prg's in FWH folders. Most all of the .prg's and .ch's have a date of 3/17/15 and a couple have a later dates.
I guess if I wait until after that date my make utility will start working right again.

I forgot to mention I downloaded it again and reinstalled it. It still is using 3/17/15 for the file dates.
