How to avoid the 3 charactor of UTF-8 format?

Dear All,

I try FW_Setunicode(.T.) with sample by save in UTF-8 format but I have to delete first 3 charactors by edit.exe (Ramesh recommend). For testing is fine, now I try with my existing program and I use Ultra Editor (UE). I cannot compile easily because I have to delete first 3 charactors every time.

Have it got some way to ignore this case?

If you are using UE editor you can opt to save without BOM.

By default none of these editors or wordpad prefix the BOM while saving. When they open file with BOM they save with BOM.
It is for some reason there is one file in our samples which was saved with BOM. Please ignore that. In normal course you don't have to worry about it.
