Hi,

why the version of FWH 16.02 HARBOUR 3.2.0dev (r1603082110) is requesting file GDIPLUS.DLL ONLY when running under windows 98 ?

I tested TESTMNU2.PRG using buildh.bat in samples dir

Any help ?

I don't think you will get much help with a 17 year old version of Windows. I don't know anyone still using that.

As i far, far, ... remember, GDIPLUS.DLL are not included in W98 for standard!?

It is not so simple as it appears !

I sell my s/w via web, and i dont know on with operatin system the s/w whill run

I just say: all my s/w will run on any version of windows.

This has been true until my previous version of FWH 8.10, now with new version it is not more true.

Someone can say me what other Windows Version are too old for FWH 16.02 ?

Well, I'm glad to see you got some help.

If the problem is that Win 98 doesn't have the gdiplus.dll, then it seems the solution is to just install the DLL with your program.

And if Win 98 doesn't come with gdiplus, then the problem has nothing to do with the version of FWH/(x)Harbour that you are using (presumably they all require the GDIPLUS.DLL).

I tried to copy the GDIPLUS (DLL+CAT+MAN ) from Microsoft and now it give me this message:

The file TESTMNU2.EXE ......missing KERNEL32.DLL:GlobalMemoryStatusEx

The problem seems more complex..... and mayby it is time to leave W98!

So i decide my s/w will not more support Windows_98
