Sorry I could not come back on this earlier. I was trying to find XP for testing but could not.
Can you help me with more information?
I have a feeling that the problem could be with printer drivers but not with XP OS as such. Very likely that the drivers on the XP were not updated.

1) Is SayImage working well but not PrintImage?
2) Do you see the problem on print preview also?
3) Do you face the issue with all images? or only a particular type of images?

On XP is PrintImage() NOT working. SayImage() is on XP and 10 working.
On XP preview i see a black rectangle in size of the picture with PrintImage().
I have tested with jpg and png.

SayImage() uses freeimage.dll for jpg and png. So you must be using freeimage.dll. Right?

Can I also assume that there is no problem with BMP files?

Please give me a little time. I shall prepare some sample tests and shall be glad if you can help me by testing on XP, in case I still can not find an XP here.

The XP-Machines are on the clients. I will tomorrow BMP test and report to you!

Also BMP-files not functioning on XP with PrintImage()!!
