I disagree with translations by Massimo, NTX files are not "archivio" we use archivio for tar and compress files, so files that contains other files.
NTX is index files, I think it is possible use "NTX Index file" for english and "Indice NTX" for Italian, or simply "File NTX" for italian.
Farther the "per favore" in the middle sounds bad, so I suggest those translation:
