'plantenkennis' is a database program with information and images of 7000 plants, grown in the Netherlands. With the program people can check where a plant will grow best, how high it grows, when it flowers and so on. It is also possible to filter plants on there characteristics. So you can seek for a plant that flowers in may with red flowers and grows 100 cm high. (http://www.plantenkennis.com)

Landscapers use the program to select plants for the gardens of their customers. They can make lists of plants to order them at the grower, to give to the custumer and so on.

Users of the program can change all the information of the plants, add new plants and new images.

If there are people who wants to bring this program in other languages than Dutch, they can contact me (info@plantenkennis.com). Some information of the plants we have available in English and German, but a lot of charactheristics of the plants must be translated or added by themselves.
