migration to new server (2012)

Dear friends,
A classic dbfcdx table application very very fast!
From a 2003 Server to 2012 Server
a lot of clients become very very slow

I want to know if this can help me

Bad experience
After changing parametrs for smb2 clients are no longer connected to server.
Terrible!

The scenario is a virtual domain server windows 2012.
