Problem in dialog when I use on a tablet

I have a problem when I use dialog on a tablet which doesn't happen on desktop.
When I press down on a dialog where there are not any controls , the dialog moves and follow my finger .

I note that this problem after versione 16.01
If I remove diaolg.prg --> METHDO Initiate line 716 (FWH 16.08)

// UseAllGestures( ::hWnd )

the problem doesn't happen

We adopted your suggestion in FWH 16.09 (to be released soon)
