Convertir DBF a TXT

Hola a todos, ya hace unos años que no programo y ahora a la vejez viruela me pongo a hacer algo.
Serian tan amables de ayudarme con alguna funcion para convertir de DBF a TXT
Estoy usando Fwh25 y xHarbour 0993

COPY TO datos.txt SDF
