How 2 Read/Update .DBF files Dynamically in the WEB with FWH

Can anybody guide me with a working sample of a program that will
read / write data from/to .DBF file(s) dynamically from the WEB using
FWH.

What do you exactly mean with "from the WEB"?

From the server where a particular website's webpages and its data
contents are stored.

Check programs like WebDrive that allows you to map a FTP site as a local drive.
