Isaw all sample of Nages use says instead of get but
I need to recreate this Get with particular combo ( on menu select) But I not Know How make it



I explain you
I found it on another application and my customer like this

on this get the user can insert what I want search on table and set the type of reasearch
1. for code
2. for desc
3. for city
4. fpr province
5 . for finalcial tax
and the user can set
all record init for ....
all record $ = bla bla

Ho I can recreate it ?
any solution please
