RibbonBar 2015 Style

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to replace the ribbonbar style of my app to 2015, but there are two problems that I could not solve. The first one is the color of the buttons that still beeing showed with the colors of 2007 style. And the second is a green bar that is appearing on the right side of ribbonbar. You can see both problems in image bellow:

Could Someone help me?
