How differenct speed of oRs:SetFilter() and oRs:ReFilter?

I use FWH MySql/MARIADB and use ::SetFilter().
If I need to change filter. What is it best (speed) way?

::SetFilter('rsv_status="O"')
::SetFilter('rsv_status="R"')

or

::SetFilter( {'rsv_status = ?} , { "O" } )
::ReFilter( { "R" } )
