To that end the Kirin 970 supports Tensorflow / Tensorflow Lite and Caffe/Caffe2.

Follow the instructions at tensorflow/contrib/makefile under "iOS" to compile a static library containing the core TensorFlow code

AI is very interesting and now with new computers increasingly powerful, this field opens up new opportunities for independent software developers.
